Join IAIS staff and friends at our Annual Green Corn Festival on Saturday, August 1/2009 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm to celebrate this time of year when the first corn is ready to be eaten. Dale Carson, Abenaki and nationally known Native American chef, will host the event and prepare traditional Native American dishes on an open fire in our outdoor replicated Indian village.
